1. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, betting options, and financial transactions on the lucky baji platform. Every user is required to read and understand these rules in full before using the platform.

lucky baji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published means the user has accepted the new terms.

These rules are intended for adult users residing in Bangladesh. lucky baji provides services only to residents of Bangladesh who are legally eligible to participate in online gaming and betting.

1.1 Definitions

• "User" refers to any account holder registered on the platform.
• "Wallet Balance" refers to the actual amount of money held in the user's account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to additional funds granted under a promotion or offer, which cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.

2. Account Registration

To open an account on lucky baji, the user must provide accurate and complete personal information. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and the balances forfeited.
• The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be active and belong to the user.
• After an account is created, the platform may request additional information for identity verification.
• If multiple accounts are operated from the same household or the same IP address, the platform must be informed in advance.

2.2 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential at all times. If the account is used without authorisation, lucky baji must be notified immediately. lucky baji will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from login details falling into the hands of a third party.

3. Age Verification

All services on lucky baji are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

At any stage of registration, the platform has the right to verify age through a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to cooperate with verification, or providing a false age, will result in account cancellation and the associated balance will not be returned.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Only deposits made from a payment account registered in the user's own name are accepted.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned, and the associated lucky baji account may come under investigation.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, please contact the payment provider directly.

5. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings and wallet balance from lucky baji, the user's account must be verified.

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• For a first-time large withdrawal request, the platform may ask for proof of identity and address.
• Large withdrawal requests may remain pending until the verification process is complete.
• If fraud or account irregularities are suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily put on hold.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

lucky baji offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each bonus has specific terms that must be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 20 times — that is, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings from the bonus become withdrawable only after the required wagering conditions are met.
• The same offer cannot be used across multiple accounts.
• lucky baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Bets placed using bonus balance generally apply after the deposit balance has been used up.

7. VIP Program

lucky baji's VIP program has four levels. By playing regularly, users can advance to higher levels and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. For example, if a Gold-level user has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

8. Betting Rules

General and specific rules apply to sports betting and casino games on lucky baji.

8.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a system error, lucky baji reserves the right to cancel those bets.

8.2 Sports Betting

Results for cricket, football, and other sporting events depend on announcements from the official governing body. If a match is not held or is cancelled, the stake is generally returned. For partial matches, the result will be determined according to the rules of the specific sport.

8.3 Live Betting

Odds change quickly in live betting. If, after a bet is confirmed, it is found that the correct odds were not applied at that moment, lucky baji may confirm the bet at the corrected odds or cancel it.

9. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on lucky baji. If such activity is detected, the associated account may be cancelled and the balance forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Harassing or defrauding other users through the platform.

10. Personal Information

lucky baji gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. How the information collected during account registration and operation is used and stored is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

User information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared when required by legal obligation, at the request of authorities, or for fraud prevention purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming
